Greater Purpose Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 2017 with a team of professionals who will collaborate with volunteers and licensed private home care agencies to provide a specialized focus on the following areas of community need:
Health and Wellness

Getting older is a joyful time that comes with physical, emotional and mental changes. You will enjoy it more if you stay aware of your body and take necessary measures to stay healthy.

Home Care Services/Skilled Services
Our goal is to help find in-home care options to keep aging adults or people with disabilities safe in their homes. Having a dedicated caregiver to provide assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders and fall prevention, can prevent the stay in a nursing home.

Caregiver Support Groups
Feeling overwhelmed as a caregiver? A caregiver support group can be a lifesaver! Having a safe place (face to face meetings, phone calls or online groups) to express frustrations, concerns and ask questions in a confidential environment can make a huge difference.
Some major benefits include making new friends, help understand and navigate through the health care system and gain information from others who have experienced the same journey.

Housing and Home Improvements
As you enter your senior years, you may find yourself changing your spending habits and making adjustments to live on a fixed income. With reduced funds, it may become difficult to pay for home maintenance, enhancements, and repairs. Aging adults in these situations may qualify for assistance programs and home repair assistance grants.
