GPF 2019 Turkey Drive

What's Thanksgiving without a juicy turkey, and some delicious sides? GPF Wanted to make sure that members of the community (especially our caregivers and aging adults) had the necessary items to have a Thanksgiving to remember.

Striving to Make a Difference

Another quote of mine that truly stands out is "[that] we rise by lifting others." The world exists and thrives because of our co-dependance with one another. Because I've been blessed to do so, I see it as my civic duty to pass those blessings on to others who aren't as fortunate.

With the help of my board members and a team of volunteers, we were able to give away 75 turkeys to families in need (with specific focus on members of our community who are aging adults, and who are caregivers). In addition to that, we were able to give away sides, snacks for the kids who came, and else provided haircuts for children and grandchildren of the mentioned community.

It truly warmed my heart to know that Greater Purpose Foundation has a team of board members who genuinely care.
